I work in sell as well as my feet have been murdering me. we cannot wear tennis shoes. They cite something the small some-more commercial operation casual. Flip flops have been authorised if they’re dressier though we do not suppose any of those would be good upon my feet all day anyhow. I’m diabetic (type 2) as well as we appear to have the lot of feet suffering anyhow. When not during work we wear the character of boots which have the rocker figure to them as well as I’d LOVE to wear them during work though can’t. 
we have the span of flats which we put a little insoles in. They’re Dr Scholls For Her Insoles ( we hold they competence even be privately for skirt shoes.) They do not assistance during all! My feet have been so miserable! Any advice?
