I’m thirteen years old. we import 155 lbs. we would adore to know of the little great dieting tips, I’ve attempted lots of things, as good as they never work. we eat healthy, though we do not conduct my diabetes really well. we know we should, though I’m the teenager, what do we expect?!

You should work with your endocrinologist, dietitian and diabetes educator to work out a manageable meal schedule for yourself.
Try and exercising daily .Even an extra walk after dinner would help.
If you have a bike, ride it.
I never drink my carbs and with that idea you can avoid extra carbs that raise your blood sugar and add extra calories.
Still keep to a normal diet plan.Just cut out the junk.
Learn to count carbs and use that tool is deciding how much of what food you should eat.
Good luck.
I’m 12. I lost a lot of weight. Then gained it back. Then lost it again. Then lost more weight. Just drink a lot of water constantly. Watch your portions. Walk for at least 30 minutes every day and the weight should come right off.
