There are 2 suggestions to question “Help with sourcing energy with Gestational Diabetes?”

  1. Chef Salads! I love them and they can be different every meal! I especially like spinach leaf, cherry tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and julienned deli meats, sometimes hardboiled eggs and an excellent dressing. Oh, yeah! I like apple slices with flavored cream cheese for snacking, half an apple is a great snack.

I eat about every 3 hours while awake to keep glucose levelish. So half a restaurant Chef Salad works very nicely.

I remember how I felt at that point, even tho they didn’t check for GD then. But you must walk! I mean that sincerely! the more you walk the easier time you will have with the delivery. It may take you an hour to walk around the block, but so be it! Next week you may be able to do 2 blocks.

  2. do simpler exercises……. & regular walking for an hour will helps you to reduce this,…… eat healthier foods like veggies, fruits, carrots, etc…… usually at this time doctor give medicines, you just follow it………
