There is no cure for diabetes. It can only be managed through, diet, exercise and medication if advised.
To David G, no one ever said insulin was a cure. It is however, a godsend to the management of Type 1’s like myself. There is no other way that I (or my endocrinologist) have heard of to control my blood sugars.

I know few people who used Amzylite and they are quiet happy about it, In fact insulin is not a cure for diabetes.
