Overnight and between meals, the normal blood sugar ranges between 60-100mg/dl and 140 mg/dl or less after meals and snacks. See link below from University of California.

You should have yours re-check in the morning before breakfast, just in case the first doctor did not do it right.

if your sugar is 310 then you are a diabetic!
Go see a Dr. preferably an Endocrinologists. He can administer the tests properly. Then you will know for sure.

Change to strict diet for a week, walk a KM(minimum) daily and later take a test.

u will be fine. Just take care to have ur dinner 2-3 hours before sleep time.

Some people get diabetics because of psychological disturbance. probably u r one of them.

Getting tested for diabetes shortly after eating will produce incorrect results.

Remember the symptoms of diabetes only start after you’ve had high blood sugars for a while. It gets worse as you continue to neglect controlling your blood glucose levels.

So, You could be diabetic and have caught it at a very early stage.
or
The tests are incorrect due to being influenced by the meal you’ve had shortly before the test.

Get re-tested. Eat or drink nothing for at least 3 hours before the test. Only then can you be sure

I think you are diabetic.go see a diabetic specialist and have blood works done
