I haven't altered my diet. My nurtitionist says which the little time the diabetes only gets worse as the conceiving physically progresses. Its seeking similar to i competence need insulin. Has this happened to anyone? Was your baby ok? Did we end up carrying to be prompted or have the C section? Anyone which this happened as well essentially have the utterly normal delivery? we only wish my daughter to be Ok

It happens a lot; you may indeed need to be taking insulin to help keep both you and your baby safe and healthy. The good part is that gestational diabetes is almost always a short-term thing, and generally goes away after the baby is born.

i didn't have to go on insulin but i did have a bad case of gestational diabetes with my first pregnancy. my son was born 3 week before his due date and the doctors were going to induce me the day after i went into labor cause of the size of the baby. i had a normal delivery, had him with no c-section and he was healthy.
i have had gms for months and am on insulin i have a c-section scheduded for next week as they cant put the insulin up anymore so the baby will be born at 38 weeks my last child was 10lb 9oz weeks early so this one is a c-section
