There are 4 suggestions to question “I was diagnosed with a cholesterol score of 269 and I’m also pre-diabetic. What should my diet consist of now?”

  1. You should see a nutritionist (or even a certified diabetes educator) and see if you can delay or stop the onset of diabetes and heart disease.

I can say one thing: LEARN TO LOVE FISH (broiled, steamed, baked, or poached) and veggies! My cholesterol is around 110.

  2. Yes it is, and with the proper diet, you will no longer be pre diabetic

  3. Go for chicken and fish, and green vegetables and you should be able to stay off insulin. More cardio and staying away from cow products (steaks, dairy) will keep you off lipitor.

  4. You should check out my website!!!! look at aprilkelly@isagenix.com! I have met people who have seen improved blood sugar and cholestorol levels with this program and are losing pounds and inches as well as getting very fit!!
