is this a good lawsuit? and what is our chances of winning?

ok, so my mother was only diagnosed with diabetes. she has chest pains, bloating, numbness, burning, tingling, dizziness, etc. today, you found out she has diabetic neuropathy. which equates to which she has had diabetes for over 10-20 years. AND this caused all of her illness problems. as well as the doctors ran alot of tests as well as scans as well as STILL did not diagnose the diabetes until final year. is this the great lawsuit/lawsuits?

There are 3 suggestions to question “is this a good lawsuit? and what is our chances of winning?”

  1. If you can afford a lawyer yes, but on your own it would be a 50/50 chance. If you are pro-se research are usually done in the law library and files/petitions are done at your nearest county court.

  2. No.
This does not mean she had diabetes for over 10 years. Most people develop Diabetes Neuropathy over a longer period of time. Some people develop the symptoms very quickly.
Diabetes is diagnosed with a simple urine test. If your mom was getting regular medical care and was not diagnosed with diabetes, there is no way that diabetes would be undiagnosed for years.

  3. No it’s not, and you have next to no chance of winning unless you can prove that the tests the docs ran showed diabetes but they didn’t notice.
