There are 2 suggestions to question “My feet and ankles have been tingling for the last few months. I've been to the doctor. They did blood work”

  1. Hey buddy !! Tingling and prickling sensations, numbness are all vitamin B12 deficiency signs …………. quite uncomfortable, scary and painfull some of these vitamin deficiencys if you don’t realise.

Eat more foods rich in this vitamin on a daily basis as the B complex group of vitamins are a water soluble group and therefore the body can’t manufacture them.

ie: organ meats such as lambs fry and kidneys, milk, cheese, eggs and fish.

Go get yourself a good quality multi B complex supplement with all the B vitamins included therein – B1, B2, B3, B5, B6 and B12 – about $30.00 for 200 tablets (what price your health). Blackmores do a good one – mega stress B complex.

    CHEERS

  2. I run a company that sells diabetic socks, Doc’s Socks. While our socks help a lot (click my name to get to the site), it’s still very important to maintain overall body health.
