My hands and feet and nose are always cold? really cold? why am i diabetic or something?
my hands only get cold all of the remarkable for no reason. so do my feet as well as my nose. how do i stop this as well as is it serious?

-are you a vegetarian?
-are you anemic?
-are you on a diet?
-are you underweight?
all of these factors can contribute to being cold.

I also use to be very cold and I found out that I was anemic, and underweight, also I am a vegetarian. Now I still get cold but not as cold! You might want to ask your doctor if you are worried
are you dieting? most complaints like this are from people who have started radical diets. i,m not saying this is your problem, but so many people on this site attempt that with severe consequences to their health.
My hands are always cold too. It’s just the blood circulation in your hands isn’t as good as other peoples. nothing to be worried about, as if it was not good enough, you wouldn’t be able to move your fingers.
