to be honest not sure but a diabetics feet have to be well cared for and it’s wonderful you have that consideration! ( I hate the orthopaedic shoes they are ugly as sin lol) but was thinking this. Have the orthopaedic In-soles made to specifically to his feet and have them inserted into the shoes with the help of his foot Dr. its just a thought. Good luck!
