according to my doctor, which i saw yesterday 10/11/07, a diabetic diet is identical to a atkins… so, there have been a couple of adjustments I'd have to make.. as per we discussed with my doctor, though we was so anticipating which someone here in this forum has finished a atkins diet as well as had a little ideas.

If you are diabetic you should not be following the Atkins diet.
