my father is a diabetic as well as his feet have been regularly cold. didnt begin til after upon after he found out he had it. newly cave have been you do a same thing. a prohibited in a room im in though my feet have been frozen as well as i have 2 pairs of hosiery on. diabetes runs in my family.
It depends, but it could be an indication that your father is having circulation problems, which is common in someone with diabetes and especially in the feet.
When in doubt, it is very easy and usually inexpensive to check your glucose level. Your father might even be able to do it with his glucose monitor, which will provide you with the best way to determine if you are diabetic.
Commonly cold feet are a sign of poor circulation which is related to diabetes. Doesn’t hurt to get it checked out at a doctors, especially if you are overweight and/or 30+. Keep in mind though that excessive thirst and unexplained weight loss are much more reliable signs, the poor circulation usually comes after you have had for awhile.
