You can also buy the cook books from the following website.

  2. A blood sugar of 14 is TOO HIGH.

If you are using those standards, it should be around 4.5-7.0!!!!

I don’t know what type of food you do have available, but check this site for all kinds of info:

    Cheers and best of health

  3. You should concentrate on limiting cereals, grains, root veggies, soft sweet fruits, milk products and concentrate on green leafy stuff, tomatoes, peppers, meats, and cheeses.

Try making a food plan on http://www.sparkpeople.com with a carbohydrate limit of 100 grams to 150 grams per day including a snack.

I try hard to keep mine at that level but including a "cheat treat" of something I really like once during the week. Mine is chocolate cake! I try hard to keep my foods in balance of 1/3 each carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Sparkpeople is a free site, must register to use the food planner guide. Totally safe site with lots of support available. I think you will find it is world wide in its guidelines.
