why does the American Diabetic Association recommend a carb rich diet for type II diabetic- that’s INSANE!?

The low fat carb abounding diet is INSANE to suggest to the sort II diabetic. Why do they do this?

  2. well obviously, they had these estimates taken 50-60 years ago. Basically, there is too much population. Hope you understand that rest, scary isn’t it?

  4. As Peter H said. Also, complex carbs are preferred over the simple ones because the former takes longer to digest and provides more stable glycemic levels.
